These awards are granted in recognition of continuous excellence in Quality Management and Environmental Management systems.

Metal Supermarkets’ commitment to its clients in the United Kingdom is highlighted by numerous ISO certifications, which demonstrate remarkable process improvements and standard application.

The lone franchised Metal Supermarkets location in West Bromwich has upheld the standards set forth by the ISO and has been awarded ISO 9001:2015, in addition to the corporate locations. The West Bromwich location has demonstrated their commitment to the Metal Supermarkets brand while effectively seeking to provide quality products and services.

ISO 9001 is the most commonly used Quality Management Systems (QMS) standard in the world, with over 1.1 million certificates given to firms in 178 different countries. It is given to companies who regularly provide high-quality products and services, improve efficiency, and increase customer happiness.

Companies that have implemented environmentally friendly practises in their business processes are recognised by ISO 14001 certification. It is given to companies that are working to increase resource efficiency, waste reduction, and cost reduction.
